Refund, Return & Replacement Policy
Because every poster is printed and prepared specifically for each order, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind.
- Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Eligible orders will receive a replacement or refund after verification.
- Custom posters and personalised products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once printing or dispatch has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
